These are songs spanning my junior high and high school years...played at parties and dances...1957-1963...some of the most romantic songs in the rock & soul cataogue...anyone have something to add?

I certainly relate to In the Still, Tonight, Tonight, Thousand Miles, and Only Have Eyes. I would add Sleepwalk by Santo and Johnny, and Theme from a Summer Place.
I guess the feeling about the song depends on what happened at some party or dance when that song was playing!

WOW, thanks for your comment. Yes, Sleepwalk and Summer Place are definite additions for me. Also all those great, incredibly romantic Johnny Mathis songs. My favorite was The Twelfth of Never. Oh, what sweet days!

I would like to add a couple of songs from Smokey Robinson and the Miracles: Ooo Baby Baby and You've Really Got a Hold on Me. These a just a little later than your date range, I believe.
